REFUND POLICY - Please note that we do not offer refunds once our services have been provided. Be sure you've checked the style and brand of clothing our items are, and you've double checked your sizes when placing an order. Our seasonings cannot be replaced or exchanged, either. If there is damage during the mailing process, please leave bottles in the package and contact us immediately and we will advise you how to resolve. If a particular service that we provide can not be completed due to our capabilities, and we can offer a partial-refund or provide an additional service based on your needs and agreement, there is a $5 fee, per transaction.
