Q: What are the benefits of a personal trainer, or personalized workouts?
A: Although most people are familiar with the garden variety movements in a weight room, or fitness gym, and most know how to walk on a treadmill or ride a stationary bike, it’s always beneficial to learn the intricacies of weightlifting, intense cardio, core workouts, etc. Our perFIcT workouts will not only improve your upper and lower body strength, but our intent is help build self-confidence while teaching you new and innovative exercises that will help you accomplish your goals.
Q: Is perFIcT training for all ages?
A: Absolutely, it is. We can customize workouts for your younger ones, and help you with a meal plan for the finicky preteen eaters. We can tailor any of our programs to meet the needs for everyone in your family, from ages 5 through 75. Many of the exercises begin with the basics we all learned in sixth grade for that every-popular Presidential Fitness Test. Beginners, we have movements that are easy to learn. Intermediate-level trainees, we can enhance your athletic abilities and tighten up areas you’re unsure about, and how to deal with. And for the Advanced athletes, we will push to another level and bring out your absolute best for whatever it is you’re training for. Bottom line is our fitness programs can accommodate all levels and ages.
Q: Do men and women train the same with perFIcT workouts?
A: Yes – to a degree. There is nothing different about the exercises, cardio, conditioning or weightlifting that we offer. It’s all based on ability, and the shape you’re in when you start. By the time you’re done with the first 30 days, we guarantee you will be stronger, faster, more flexible and smarter when it comes to your fitness life. In fact, many of our clients and/or team members are female athletes who have achieved notoriety at local, state, regional and national levels. The fact is, no matter who it is, teamperFIcT trainees are looked at, and trained, like athletes – as a whole.
